The Chester County Citizens for Climate Protection is a grass roots organization dedicated to educating the community on the severity and serious consequences of climate change. In addition, the organization will promote actions designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in order to improve our quality of life.
We have compiled a list of ten things you can do. We recognize individuals, businesses, organizations and government as "Chester County Heroes" when they go beyond the status quo.

Message to Chester County from Reeves Park, Phoenixville
"A global tipping point will be reached in 10 years (starting in 2006) if levels of greenhouse gases such as methane and CO2 are not reduced. Global warming at this point becomes unstoppable." -from James Hansen, head of NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies.
