Transportation
The issue of transportation within and around Chester County is complicated and multifaceted. While it often seems there is only one choice, the automobile, it's important to consider all our options. We need to ask the tough questions, such as why do developers continue to build in areas without public access, and how can we design our daily routines without using the car. Public transportation needs to be extended to areas without access, and it needs to be affordable and frequent. Carpooling, ridesharing, biking, motorcycling, and telecommuting are all viable options we must consider.
